Specialized Training

Continuing to learn and grow as an educator is an important way AIM Academy teachers and AIM Institute team members to continue to be innovative teachers and stay connected to literacy research. All of our AIM staff have the opportunity to pursue training in our AIM Pathways literacy courses and all new teachers complete AIM professional training courses.

We are proud that more than 20 of our staff members have completed comprehensive AIM Pathways training and are Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialists having passed the KPEERI certification exam administered by The Center for Effective Reading Instruction.
