Head's Welcome

Annette Fallon received her M.Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE). She is the former multi-term President of the Maryland Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (IDA) and previously served on the finance committee of the national board of IDA. She holds a BA degree from the University of California, San Diego, and earned a Certificate in School Leadership and Management from HGSE and Harvard Business School. She currently serves on the Pennsylvania Association for Independent Schools (PAIS) Board of Directors and the Task Force for the Association for LD Schools (ALDS) Leadership Summit.

Since joining AIM in 2022, Annette has championed a culture of partnership, trust, and student-centered growth. She works closely with families and supports AIM’s educators in delivering expert instruction that strengthens skills, builds confidence, and helps students rediscover their love of learning. Annette believes that when this work is grounded in a nurturing, mission-driven community, students not only strengthen their academic skills — they learn to thrive.
