AIM Academy is committed to keeping our tuition rates as reasonable as possible while providing your child with extraordinary educational opportunities aligned with our mission.

Our tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is:

Grades 1-2: $39,500
Grades 3-5: $42,275
Grades 6-8: $47,950
Grades 9-11: $49,875
Grade 12: $50,950

Tax Deductible Options

In most cases, tuition at AIM Academy is tax deductible under medical expenses. For further information, please visit Understood.org and/or consult with your tax advisor.

Tax-Deductible Medical Expenses

Payments to AIM may be considered tax deductible under Special Education medical expenses as a federal itemized deduction under Section 213 of the Internal Revenue Code. AIM cannot provide advice on taking this deducation. For further information consultant a qualified tax advisor or tax lawyer.

529 Plan Assets Toward Tuition Payment

Per federal tax legislation related to 529 plan accounts, "Account owners can use assets to pay for qualified K-12 expenses up to $10,000 per year, per student."

The AIM Business Office accepts a check from your 529 Plan toward tuition with a signed letter stating that the source of the funds was from your 529 Plan. In the event that the tax authorities subsequently require confirmation from AIM for the payment made by you, we will submit copies of the relevant documentation that was provided to us by you, including copies of your checks sent to us for payment of tuition.

Please note, 529 payments can only be applied to current fiscal year tuition. AIM's fiscal year begins on July 1st and ends on June 30th, so 529 payments cannot be processed until after July 1st for the upcoming school year.

We strongly encourage you to consult a qualified tax advisor prior to making payments from your 529 Plan. They will be able to advise you appropriately on the procedures involved.

Tuition Payment Plans

AIM Academy partners with FACTS to provide our families with flexibility in making their tuition payments. Using a tuition management service allows us to provide you with better payment options to accommodate your financial needs. The three payment plan options are as follows:

Plan 1

1-Pay (annual)

Tuition refund insurance is optional, unless you receive a financial aid award.

Due Date: June 1

Plan 2

2-Pay (60% / 40%)

Tuition refund insurance is required.

Due Dates: June 1, November 1

Plan 3

10-Pay (monthly auto-debit)

Direct debit authorization and tuition refund insurance is required.

Due Dates: June through March

Financial Aid Program

The AIM Academy Financial Aid Program is designed to make an AIM education possible for all families based upon demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. AIM Academy allocates approximately 12% of our tuition budget towards financial aid, and students in grades 1-12 are eligible to apply for these funds. Families must reapply for financial aid each year.

The process for applying for financial aid is wholly separate from the application process to the school. Financial aid status has no bearing on whether a child is accepted to the school. Financial aid decisions are determined by a financial aid committee based upon demonstrated need.

How to Apply for Financial Assistance

To get started, please go to F ACTS Tuition Management and create an account.

All admissions decisions are considered “need-blind.” The admission process and tuition assistance process are completely separate from one another. Tuition assistance grants are given after a student is accepted to the school and the enrollment contract and deposit have been returned to the admission office.
