Back to School Hub

We are excited to welcome new families and reconnect with returning families as we begin the 2026–2027 school year! To help you prepare for a successful start, you'll find important back-to-school information below, staff contact information, fun events, and orientation dates for each division. We look forward to seeing you at orientation and on the first day of school, Wednesday, September 9.

WELCOME BACK ORIENTATION

Orientation is a wonderful opportunity for new students and 6th graders and 9th graders entering a new division at AIM and their families to connect with teachers, meet classmates, explore campus, and get ready for a successful school year. Please find your division's orientation date below. We look forward to seeing you.

Lower School Orientation: Tuesday, September 8 (8:30 - 9:30 a.m. )

  • Only new students and families

Middle School Orientation: Wednesday, September 2 (9 - 11 a.m.)

  • 6th grade and all new middle school students and families
  • Global Resource Center (GRC) 

Upper School Orientation: Wednesday, September 2 (9 - 11 a.m.)

  • 9th grade and all new upper school students and families 
  • Alan Raphael Amphitheater (Global Innovation Hub) / AIM Community Center (Gymnasium)

AIM uses SchoolPass, a web and app-based service, that allows parents to report student absences, update daily dismissal plans, and make changes in real time.

STUDENT/PARENT/STAFF DIRECTORY: 

The 2026-2027 Student-Parent Directory is accessible online through Veracross. The Directory Icon is located in the top navigation of your Veracross Parent or Student portal. You will be able to connect with families living nearby, search by grade (and class), and to access our faculty and staff contact information.


2026-2027 COMMUNITY HANDBOOK: 

Our annual Community Handbook will be accessible before the start of the school year. All families are required to complete an acknowledgement form that they have read the handbook.

Our annual Welcome Back Picnic is a favorite AIM tradition that brings our community together before the school year begins. It's a chance for new families to make connections, returning families to reunite with friends, and everyone to celebrate the exciting year ahead.
