Community Life

At AIM Academy, our Community Life brings students, families, faculty, and alumni together through meaningful traditions, spirited celebrations, and shared experiences.

From school-wide events that build Wolf Pack pride to opportunities that showcase student learning and creativity, our community gatherings strengthen connections across grades and generations.

These moments beyond the classroom play an important role in fostering belonging, collaboration, and joy throughout the AIM experience.

Visit the Family Zone!

Current parents and families, the Family Zone is your central hub for important school-year resources — including lunch menus, health services information, required forms, and key updates. It’s the easiest way for our AIM community to stay informed and organized. Check it out!

Some of our Favorite Community Traditions Include...

Spirit Week/Homecoming

This annual event occurs in the fall and showcases the pride of the Wolfpack from 1st-12th grades, alongside alumni, faculty, and families. Students and staff dress in themes throughout the week, with the final day  culminating day in Blue & Gold Homecoming.

Some of the events include an all-school pep rally, Varsity Soccer games under the lights and the Upper School Homecoming dance.

February Frenzy

February Frenzy caps off the basketball season for our lower, middle and upper school teams — featuring a fun set of games between players against staff! The annual event invites families, alumni and the entire AIM community to the ACC for a fun night of competition, and supporting Student Council and Athletics.

2025 Yellow Rose Ceremony

Yellow Rose Ceremony

At the beginning of each school year, our students and staff gather in the AIM Community Center for our special Yellow Rose Ceremony.

During this cherished tradition, the senior class presents yellow roses to each new student as a symbol of joy and a warm welcome into our community. In a beautiful full-circle moment at Commencement and 5th and 8th grade moving up ceremonies, students also present their yellow roses to their family members in gratitude for their love and support.

B.A.S.H.

B.A.S.H. stands for blending (B) work from the Arts (A), Science (S), and Humanities (H). It is held every May to commemorate the end of a school year - showcasing tremendous work from all three divisions. Our students work on incredible projects, and invite their families to see written products, music/drama performances, digital artifacts of learning, 2D and 3D artwork, robots and highlighted work from our various studios and Makerspace.

All students and teachers participate in the b.A.S.H. and is truly one of our signature community events.

Bash 2025

"A moment that made me feel proud to be part of the AIM community is the feeling of support and understanding that my family and I receive from the AIM community from the beginning. I am also grateful that my child enjoys coming to school everyday and is excited about learning."
