In 2006 it was just an idea. A school opened like no other in the Philadelphia area. A school for children with learning differences that would implement the latest research with evidenced-based programming and hire and train faculty that were the best in their field. Starting with just 24 students in a small rented space in Manayunk, AIM now educates more than 400 students and resides at a Conshohocken campus that was designed to specifically meet the needs of our innovative programming.
For 20 years, AIM has combined academic excellence, expert faculty, small class sizes, and an affirming community where students who learn differently thrive.
As we celebrate this milestone, your generosity can support the AIM Fund, provide scholarships through EITC and OSTC, or advance innovation through the AIM Institute for Learning & Research — strengthening opportunity and impact for students and educators alike.
